The end of an era…
Well all good things must come to an end. I got a job! I start October 15th. On that date, it will be one year, nine months, and one week since my January 6, 2006 termination date.
The job is doing pc and helpdesk kind of stuff. Like my last job. It's for a credit union that's about 15 minutes from my house. I'm loving that. I hate commuting long distances to work. The money is crap, but it's more than I'm making now. There are many positives to working there, money just isn't one of them! The hours are 7:30 to 4 or 4:30, I'm not sure yet. That might be a problem, considering I roll out of bed between 10 and 11 on most days. And have been doing that for one year, nine months, and one week (and even before that. Who am I kidding?)
So certain people I know said they were going to start a pool to see how long I last. Not having a job or money for so long will make me really appreciate having a job and money. So I won't screw it up. So you all can suck it. 
Though I'm not changing the name of my blog page just yet.
